Job Descriptions:
- Respond promptly to client support requests and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with complex trading strategies.
- Collaborate with software and infrastructure engineers for expertise.
- Support trading applications and exchange connectivity for Global Derivatives Markets.
- Monitor critical systems and infrastructure, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Assist customers with order entry, risk management, and exchange connectivity issues.
- Analyze complex order and trade histories.
- Coordinate deployment and configuration of trading applications for new customers.
- Manage software enhancements and upgrades.
- Test and validate new software releases with exchanges and engineers.
- Support server and network upgrade projects with the infrastructure team.
- Provide seamless 24-hour customer support by liaising with overseas offices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Linux OS, Linux-based server applications, and command line tools (grep, sed, awk).
- Familiarity with global derivatives exchanges (CME, EUREX, ICE, ASX, SGX, OSE) and exchange protocols (OmNet, ITCH/OUCH, FIX).
- Basic skills with tools like telnet, tcpdump, or ncat.
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, bash or perl scripting, and exposure to cloud providers like AWS.
