Your new role
- Manage FX, money market, NDF, and OTC derivative transactions
- Perform settlement matching, sourcing, and assignment of standard settlement instructions- Conduct reconciliations and investigate breaks and client queries
- Manage and monitor nostro accounts to fulfil contractual settlement obligations and avoid regulatory liquidity breaches
- Monitor cash balances and escalate issues according to the agreed escalation matrix
- Liaise with business and settlement teams to ensure accurate and timely funding
- Manage collateral aspects for the bank
- Send out margin notices and monitor margin acceptance from clients
- Maintain proper records and handle exceptions
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a financial institution
- Good product knowledge on FX and Rates
- Strong understanding of Cash Management
- Strong understanding of Collateral Management
- Solid understanding of typical risk management practices within a bank
- Strong people management skills
