Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights and tours.
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of travel products, services and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
- Must have atleast 3 years retail sales experience in fashion with good sales skills and sales service attitude in travel history.
- Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
- Able to communicate effectively with English, Hindi, Tamil speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High of organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
