- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm(Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Support day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
- Responsible for managing and processing invoices for payment and ensure all AP transactions are processed timely and accurately.
- Review requests for new vendor creation, ensuring that vendor information in the accounting system adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and interim financial statements and reports.
- Participate in the annual financial audit, assisting with the organization of audit documentation and financial reporting.
- Ensure that financial documents are filed promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with relevant departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above, major in Accounting or related;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Meticulous, detailed and organized;
- Possess a high level of discretion and integrity;
- Able to take ownership at work.
- Experiences in a new set-up company is plus;
- Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with counterparties;
- Proficient in Office software, good Excel and Word skill.
