Job scope:
· To nurture leads and drive enrolments - proactively follow up leads in the best manner, email, phone, EDM etc
· Help drive improvement in all conversion rates of the customer journey and in particular, lead to enquiry conversion rate and timings
· Provide enrolment and student data as needed
· Ensure data is captured accurately and in timely manner on all systems
· Assist to book and conduct tours
· Other duties as directed
· Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit or otherwise)
· Assist the Manager by gathering as much information on specific needs, background and profile of each parent and pupil, based on the information provided to tailor each visit
· Answer phone calls and emails and/or direct all to the appropriate parties.
· Support the onboarding process
· Assist with the promotion of the internal and external events throughout the year
