Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense claims.
- Facilitate meetings, conferences, seminars, events and business-related activities.
- Manage mail and deliveries, greet and assist walk-in guests, and handle phone calls efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing for pantry supplies, stationery, and corporate gifts.
- Manage office maintenance and overall upkeep of office spaces, including meeting rooms and equipment.
- Ensure proper filing, creating of invoices.
- Other ad-hoc general admin and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in secretary / personal assistant / admin role supporting Director level
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and training
- Able to handle wide range of ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Able to multi-task
