Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with KOLs, social media influencers and working closely with teams to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current website's design and user journey, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Redesign and deliver intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces while upholding brand consistency.
- Partner with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX updates.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.
- Ensure the website is optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Incorporate Web3 principles into the design, creating user-friendly experiences for all users.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor user analytics and feedback to refine and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a preference for Web3 or financial platform expertise.
- A strong portfolio showcasing website optimization projects and design capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Web3 design principles and blockchain fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
