- Upkeep record of department equipment/assets.
- Execute both static and dynamic measurement such as dimension control and flow measurement not limiting to shore/ship tanks, piping, flow meters and instrument validation for custody transfer purposes.
- Process data collected and prepare all necessary reporting for review.
- Assist in the development and training of staff to required level of expertise.
- Ensure that all operations are conducted within client’s health and safety requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of department Quality system per the QA Manual.
- Perform any other task that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
- All jobs done in accordance to SGS Standard Procedures and/or Local Procedures where applicable.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in the field of Electrical or Electronic Engineering discipline
- Preferably 2 years of working experience
- Good computing skills and knowledge
- Possess local class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, works well under pressure and able to challenge status quo
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Able to ensure that process flow and work delivery is accurate and timely
- Able to give best customer care and services
- In addition, an added advantage for candidate who possess one or more of the following skills as follows:
- Instrumentation validation/verification/flow measurement
- Dimension control measurement via Total Station or theodolite
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office particularly Advanced Excel
- Any 3D software knowledge, autocad, etc…
- Coding or programing capability
