Finance & HR Assistant

Job Responsibility
- Perform general accounting and finance duties including invoice processing, data entry, update of payment received, bank reconciliation and assist in monthly management reporting.
- Generate the AR bi-weekly to the project team for following up and presenting the AR report to the management on monthly basis.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure correct invoices to be issued and following up the collection.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure correct invoices received and properly record in the accounting system.
- Update the project P&L as and when received the suppliers invoices.
- Management of online sales and booking system.
- Assist in Payroll, recruitment, staff orientation, leave management, work passes application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance and all HR related matters.
- Source suitable courses for employees, follow up and to do submission of grant subsidy if any.
- Assist in submission of claims for government grants.
- To summaries the sales report and work out the sales commission to the business partners.
- Responsible for one of the business units’ rental sales. Liaise effectively and efficiently with the Operation Team to ensure all the relevant resources, materials and assets are available to fulfil client’s requirements in a satisfactory manner.
- Any other assignment deemed appropriate and necessary by the Management from time to time.

Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, HR or Administration or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Xero and Infotech is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills in cross-cultural settings
- Good command of English, together with good presentation & writing skills
- Good team player with strong commercial acumen & passion for challenges
- Experience within a fast paced, rapidly growing business environment
- Able to multi-task with high level of initiative & able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Entry levels will be considered too
