Job requirements:

2. Able to quickly and accurately complete the diagnosis of various types of German vehicles.
3. Able to efficiently and reasonably assign subordinates' work tasks to improve the overall operating efficiency of the company.
4. Able to assist the technical director, provide technical training for subordinates, and improve the technical capabilities of technical personnel.
5. Cooperate with the operation department to coordinate the relationship with customers. Optimize the process of picking up and sending out vehicles.
6. Cooperate with the operation department to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees. And quickly adapt to work and integrate into the team after joining.
