Working Location: Changi Airport
- Assisting with planning and execution: Helps plan, coordinate, and execute F&B activities
- Supporting staff: Helps manage and develop the culinary and service teams
- Contributing to menu planning: Helps with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Collaborating with suppliers: Helps negotiate contracts and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Monitoring inventory: Helps monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize stock control
- Ensuring quality: Helps ensure exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service quality
- Managing operations: Helps manage the day-to-day operations of the dining outlets, bars, and banquet services
- Supervising staff: Supervises and trains dining room and banquet staff
- Managing budgets: Manages within budgetary restraints
- Developing programs: Helps develop and implement programs to increase sales
- Ensuring compliance: Ensures compliance with state and local laws for the service of alcoholic beverages, as well as club policy and procedures
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Able to work on weekends and PH
Able to work under fast-paced working environment
