Concierge & Customer Service Assistant - XY

Key Highlights

  • Salary: $15 per hour
  • Working Arrangement: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)


Responsibilities

  • Support the counter and concierge duties.
  • Extract daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Handle all enquiries at counter (membership enquiries, gift claims, grant applications)
  • Assist in all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign-up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g. data entry, mailing of forms, inventory checking and disposal)


Requirements

  • Degree in any field.
  • Good command of the English and Mandarin language to liaise with Chinese-speaking external stakeholders.
  • Experience in administrative and customer service will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive disposition.
  • Strong team player.
