Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, express gratitude, and bid them farewell upon departure.
- Handle requests, inquiries, and bookings for Spa, Salon, Gym, and Studio following established standard operating procedures.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all Spa treatments, protocols, and appropriate therapies, including sequencing and upselling additional treatments.
- Ensure accurate registration of guests, treatment details, reservations, and payments; prepare assessment sheets and provide Spa orientation as needed.
Requirements:
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or casino resort.
- Presentable appearance with a strong customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Opera, PMS, and Microsoft Office.
- No visible tattoos.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
