Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive commercial due diligence and research on companies in the marine, energy, and commodities sectors.
- Prepare detailed profile reports covering company background, operations, financial status, performance, and market reputation.
- Develop concise final assessments and company ratings based on research findings and specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams, including counterparts in the UK, Americas, and Europe, to ensure high-quality research output.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to understand and address their specific research and reporting requirements.
- Collect and analyze various data sources efficiently to meet tight deadlines for report delivery.
- Stay updated with global economic trends, current affairs, and industry developments relevant to the marine, energy, and commodities markets.
- Present findings and reports in clear, structured, and grammatically correct English, ensuring accuracy and coherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a business or risk management capacity.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with an ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
