Job Advertisement: Analyst, Client Service Group
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month + 1-month AWS
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Analyst to join our Client Service Group (CSG) team. This role involves providing daily customer support for a wide range of transaction banking products and overseeing the end-to-end SMAR&TS onboarding process. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our Japanese corporate clients and helping expand their usage of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily client service support for transaction banking products.
- Investigate and resolve client issues, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for SMAR&TS customers, from platform explanation to user training.
- Promote and cross-sell additional transaction banking products to expand client usage.
- Ensure smooth communication and relationship management with Japanese corporate clients.
