Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Codesys Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of innovative automation projects using Raymarine Yachtsense. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, programming, and implementing Codesys-based applications tailored to integrate seamlessly with the Raymarine Yachtsense system. The ideal candidate is an experienced automation engineer with a deep understanding of marine automation systems and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Codesys applications for marine automation projects.
- Integrate Codesys applications with Raymarine Yachtsense systems.
- Configure and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) using Codesys.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Codesys and Raymarine Yachtsense integration.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Intrumention/EXTC or a related field.
- Proven experience in Codesys programming and development.
- Strong understanding of marine automation systems and protocols.
- Familiarity with Raymarine Yachtsense systems and APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Structured Text, Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, and Sequential Function Chart.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
