Job Description & Requirements
- To manage all safety-related programs on-site, brief all workers, and conduct site checking
- To manage safety documents for the project(s)
- Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax, and other works being assigned from time to time.
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
- Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person
- Review each document for conformity and accuracy
- Keep all project safety documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
- Ensures materials delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines
- Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
- Maintains an updated record of all safety approved documents and their distribution clearly
- Generate various document control reports as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in relevant field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
