Position: Secondary Tuition Mathematics Teacher
Subjects: Additional Mathematics and Elementary Mathematics
Location: Jurong West
Working hours: Work Weekends, Mon & Tues Off
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Tuition Mathematics Teacher to teach Additional and Elementary Mathematics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mathematics curriculum, effective teaching strategies, and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Additional Mathematics and Elementary Mathematics for secondary school students.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of Additional and Elementary Mathematics syllabus.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Off days: Monday and Tuesday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
