Design:
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Organize and structure content using information architecture principles.
- Conduct user interviews to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Develop customer journey maps to visualize user interactions across touchpoints.
- Perform usability tests to validate design decisions and refine prototypes.
- Use A/B testing to evaluate and optimize design elements based on data-driven insights.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems creatively.
- Develop service blueprints to align user needs with business goals and operational processes.
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorms to generate innovative ideas.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Take ownership of project management tasks, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or similar relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience in user research, including interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of design thinking and service blueprinting frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Experience with agile workflows and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to gather insights.
- Background in agile methodologies or project management.
- Business level Mandarin speaking is required as the candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin stakeholders, vendors and counterparts on daily basis.
