Job Description
- Business Development & Sales ExecutionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in SEA, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional post-sales support.
- Market Analysis & Strategic InputConduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to guide product development and strategy.
- Reporting & CollaborationTrack sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and deliverables.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of B2B Sales experience in the Building Materials, Plastics, Manufacturing or related sectors
- About 1 year of regional travel experience in the SEA region
- Comfortable with extensive travel to the HQ, production facilities, and customers' sites
