Engineering Supervisor #HMS

Position: Engineering Supervisor
Salary: $2,900 – $3,400 per month
Reporting To: Senior Facility Engineer/Engineer

Location: Macpherson

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Training:Lead, train, and supervise a team of engineering technicians.
   
2. Maintenance & Repair:
   Undertake breakdown repairs and modifications for utilities and facility equipment, including:Boiler, air compressor, ammonia chiller, cold room, air conditioning, wastewater treatment plant, and cooling towers.
   Oversee preventive maintenance and installation of new equipment.
   
3. Engineering Works:Manage engineering modification projects and new equipment installations.
   Conduct weekend maintenance works as required.
   
4. Inventory & Procurement:Take charge of the engineering store and ensure proper documentation of spare parts movement.
   Oversee ordering and procurement of spare parts.
   
5. Supervision & Safety:Supervise contractor works and ensure worker safety.
   Monitor and control workers' overtime.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Min Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (advantageous).
