Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications and arranging interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies etc
- Follow up with candidates and/or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee related letters or memos
- Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees etc
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.
- Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.
- Assist in performance review and peer review process on a semiannually basis
- Assist to execute and monitor employee recognition schemes and budgeting
- Review and update employee policies and guidelines in accordance with local employment regulations and company’s procedures
- Check and submit claims such as timesheets, leave/MC applications, transport claims and other miscellaneous claims for approval
- Manage exit formalities such as exit interviews and hand over process
- Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
- Provide reports for management review
- Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies and work processes
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job requirement:
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Human Resources and operational duties
- Well organised, independent and solutions-driven individual
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and pay attention to fine details
