Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sourcing strategies.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source components for new products.
- Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in procurement and sourcing.
