Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop online retail strategies for Singapore and Asia Pacific markets.
- Support brand and product marketing strategies to align with business goals and maximize revenue.
- Plan and implement customer engagement activities to enhance the eStore experience and boost conversions.
- Create engaging content for digital ads, EDMs, and other acquisition channels.
- Coordinate brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, media, and stakeholders from ideation to execution.
- Generate monthly reports on brand and competitor performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep content relevant and innovative.
- Oversee daily eCommerce operations, including storefront updates, order fulfilment, and customer issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date eCommerce content across all platforms.
- Plan and execute promotions, livestreaming campaigns, and collaborations with content creators.
- Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize the eStore experience, and enhance backend systems.
- Analyze product and campaign performance to improve marketing ROI and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Proven experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore.
