Job Description:
- Responsible for overall fund administration and valuation of the managed funds together with the various service providers;
- Responsible for the year-end financial statements and annual audit together with the external auditor;
- Responsible for overall fund operations, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions and financial reporting;
- Responsible for regulatory compliance on financial matters including tax filing, financial reporting and other relevant matters.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Minimum 8-9 years of experience in accounting and fund accounting / administration;
- CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable;
- Accountability, detail-oriented, communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
