Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 11-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 2,800 per month
What you will be working on?
To assist with administrative tasks such as checking applications are complete, sending email reminders to licensees, and maintaining digital records. Key tasks would be as follows:
- Retrieve and digitalise Licence application forms and supporting documents from Licensing portal;
- Support licence renewals e.g. guide licensees on submission of updates or renewal applications, coordinate inputs for licence renewals, generate licence renewal and licence fee payment reminder letters and seek Manager’s approval to send them to licensees;
- Support tracking of key metrics e.g. monitor and provide updates on outstanding payments, non-renewal of licences and licence KPI statistics for monthly reports;
- Digital record-keeping e.g. create folders in Sharepoint and upload digitalised application forms and supporting documents
- Data cleansing before migration of data and data entry into legacy licensing systems during manual processing, where required.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in application processing or fund administration would be advantageous.
