Position: Customer Service Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Salary Range: Up to $3,600 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of part orders and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate part location and pricing while managing cost and revenue accounts.
- Collaborate with engineers and inventory management teams to fulfill customer needs promptly.
- Accurately calculate pricing for part orders and returns, considering factors like foreign currency rates, customer contracts, and discounts.
- Ensure correct cost and revenue allocation for parts, labor, and expenses, requiring familiarity with COGS accounts, service types, and areas.
- Determine shipping methods based on part specifications, customer contracts, and issue severity.
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Support team-building activities and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales support or order processing/fulfillment roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service abilities.
- Availability: Must be able to start on 2 Jan 2025 (no earlier or later).
