Main Core Responsibilities
1)Met monthly HQ's sales budget for his/her assigned outlets.
2)Manage labour cost to meet HQ's budget for his/her assigned outlets.
3)Manage cost of good / operation cost.
4)Trainer and facilitator.
5)Ensure outlets and staff compliance company's SOP, code of conduct and regulation.
6)Outlets Hygiene to meet SFA guild line.
Intermediate Work (Middle Management Duties)
- Able to plan daily/monthly sales target to meet HQ budget, regular follow up and update on sales performance with outlet in-charge.
- Able to provide cost saving measurement for his/her area in-charge. Good understanding and knowledge on his/her outlet's past and present fast and slow moving items.
- Able to interview staff in a professional manner and recommend for hiring. Retension rate for his/her area above than company's average.
- Effectively manage and control Over-Time and Part-Time hour for his/her assigned outlet. Manage Labour cost within HQ budget.
- Able to manage outlet schedule independently, re-deploy staff effectively and fast. Able to shift in (Cover shift) if needed.
- Ensure outlet and staffs compliance with authorities regulation ( SFA licensing ) and abide to company's SOP, regulation and code of conduct.
Training Management
- Able to provide training ,coaching and evaluation for the progress and performance for Manager / Supervisor / Staff .
- Constantly giving ideas to upgrade and execute SOP and Operation issues when needed.
- A good role model and show management by example for fellow colleagues.
Job Requirements and Expectation:
- Minimum 3 years in same field
- Coversation and Basic PC skill
