- Lead the team in executing electrical work during the construction phase, including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, and testing/commissioning for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, etc.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Manage a team comprising supervisors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Responsible for electrical interfaces with the operational team, conducting meetings, and providing technical clarifications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot electrical switchgear faults or failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze and enhance equipment reliability to prevent recurrence, collaborating with operation groups and external contractors.
- Prepare documentation for maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and utilizing appropriate Method Statements and Risk Assessments, meeting BCA requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems, equipment, and rooms align with internal customers' needs.
- Review inspection and testing plans for electrical and instrument system installations through relevant checklists.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
- Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Liaising with staff at every level.
- Sharing regular progress report with top management team
