Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Content Creation:
Develop and write bilingual (Chinese and English) marketing materials, including copy for advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional content.
- Event Management:
Support the organization and execution of marketing events, including coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring successful event outcomes.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze marketing data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design Support:
Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
- Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and managing schedules.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role or related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental marketing theories and practical applications, with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in event planning, execution, and vendor management is highly desirable.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Competent in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media platform analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently creating bilingual content.
- Strong intercultural communication abilities with a solid understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, utilizing time management applications to prioritize and meet deadlines.
