Brand Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence both online and offline. This role demands creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.


  • Content Creation:

Develop and write bilingual (Chinese and English) marketing materials, including copy for advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional content.


  • Event Management:

Support the organization and execution of marketing events, including coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring successful event outcomes.


  • Data Analysis:

Analyze marketing data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Design Support:

Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software such as Canva and Photoshop.


  • Market Research:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.


  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.


  • Administrative Tasks:

Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and managing schedules.


Requirements:

  • ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
  • Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role or related field.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental marketing theories and practical applications, with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in event planning, execution, and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
  • Competent in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media platform analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently creating bilingual content.
  • Strong intercultural communication abilities with a solid understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, utilizing time management applications to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation, with a passion for travel and photography that fuels unique marketing ideas.
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to identify and address potential issues in marketing plans and executions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and changing environments.
  • Positive working attitude and a ready smile
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
