Job Opportunity:

The Student Admissions Executive plays a vital role in managing the student journey from

initial inquiry through to successful enrollment. This position serves as the primary

touchpoint for prospective students, parents, and education partners, ensuring a smooth and

efficient admissions process while maintaining high service standards. The role combines

administrative expertise with student-facing responsibilities to support Capital Colleges

enrollment goals and student success initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Student Admissions and Enrollment

 Process new student applications from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation

 Review and verify application documents according to admission criteria

 Prepare and issue offer letters to successful applicants

 Handle student pass applications for international students

 Conduct pre-enrollment briefings for new students

Documentation and Records

 Maintain accurate student records in the College database system

 Process student withdrawals and deferrals

 Generate enrollment reports and statistics

 Ensure compliance with document retention policies

 Update student information and status changes

Stakeholder Communication

 Respond to admission inquiries from prospective students and parents

 Coordinate with recruitment agents on application status updates

 Liaise with government authorities (ICA, SEAB, CMPB) for student matters

 Provide updates to relevant departments on enrollment status

Administrative Support

 Arrange student orientation programs

 Assist in planning recruitment activities and admission events

 Support document verification processes

 Prepare weekly status reports on application processing

 Handle administrative tasks related to student admissions

Student Support

 Guide applicants through the admission requirements and procedures

 Assist students with application-related documentation

 Provide information about course offerings and admission requirements

 Direct students to appropriate departments for specific inquiries

Essential Requirements:

 A Bachelor degree OR a Diploma with a minimum of 1 years experience in a

customer-facing role

 Fluency in English

 Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in managing student records and

applications

 Demonstrated proficiency in:

o Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel for student data management)

o Google Workspace

o Database management systems

 Experience in handling confidential information with discretion

 Proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities

 Ability to work occasional extended hours during peak admission periods

 Demonstrates natural ability to put students at ease and make them feel welcomed

 Shows patience and clarity when explaining complex procedures to students and

parents

 Adapts communication style effectively between different audiences (students,

parents, agents, authorities)

 Takes initiative to learn new systems and processes, especially during peak admission

periods

 Coordinates smoothly with other departments like Finance, Academic Affairs, and

Student Services

 Identifies potential issues in student applications early and proposes practical

solutions

 Maintains composure and provides clear guidance during high-volume periods
