Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Supervisor leads and supports the retail team to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role focuses on training and motivating staff, managing store inventory, and upholding company standards to drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Monitor daily sales activities, set goals for team members, and track performance against targets to drive store revenue.
  • Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and oversee the retail team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions, fostering a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines to enhance the shopping environment.
