We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, PMO, Software Architects, Business Architects, and Quality Assurance Testers. This role also offers the opportunity to work with developers located in various global application development centres. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a passion for coding and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new application software
- Implement fixes and enhancements for existing applications
- Manage and resolve application issues, provide updates, and conduct root cause analysis
- Monitor and respond to alerts related to application and system services
- Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support to the Helpdesk for CCN products
- Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis for software issues and alerts
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- C#.NET
- WCF/Web API
- React JS & Angular
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- JSON & XML technologies
- MS SQL Server 2016 or higher
- Object-oriented design principles
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile Scrum Development Methodology
- Knowledge of container development
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
