Roles & Responsibilities:We are looking for a motivated and sales-focused Health Promoter to drive our store's success by promoting and selling products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, possess in-depth knowledge of health and wellness products, and have a proven sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell GNC health and wellness products, aiming to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, offering expert advice on GNC products to improve satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
- Product Expertise: Keep up-to-date with the latest GNC products and supplements to provide accurate recommendations and effectively influence purchase decisions.
- Merchandising & Displays: Organize and maintain in-store displays and product arrangements for GNC items, ensuring they attract and engage customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock takes to minimize shrinkage, ensure inventory accuracy, and highlight high-demand GNC products.
- Store Cleanliness: Ensure the sales counter and store environment remain clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Requirements:
- While prior experience in sales or health products is an advantage, it’s not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Passionate about helping customers improve their health and wellness through quality products.
