Job Description:
*Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
*Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
*Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
*To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
*On-site supervision of work progress
*Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
*Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
*At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
*Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
*Great communication and interpersonal skills
