Responsibilities:
- Proactively source customers through cold-calling and manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, appointment scheduling, proposal preparation, presentation, negotiation, and building strong relationships by offering reliable finance solutions.
- Accurately document all pipeline activities.
- Achieve (and exceed) targets set by the company effectively.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or higher in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Sales-driven, confident, and assertive.
- Possess a positive work attitude, high motivation, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Relevant experience in dealing with SMEs and a proven track record will be beneficial.
Additional Info:
- 5 days work, Mon-Fri (9:30am - 6pm)
- Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Incentive
- No OT required
- Easily Achievable Incentives + Commission up to S$ 4,000 – S$ 6,000
