- Reports to Construction Manager
- Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works
- Assisting in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues
- Keeping record of the daily manpower and productivity
- Monitoring job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule
- Participate in any WSH-related campaign and activities when required. (WSH Inspection, TBM, etc.)
- Participate and/or advise to formulate WSH control measures with the Risk Assessment Team (RAT) for assigned duties.
- Ensure the activities comply with the local Authorities’ quality, environment, health & safety requirements and Clients’ General Specification
- Other duties as assigned by site manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Building Projects / Construction Industry
- Experience in High-rise Building in confined city area preferred
- Candidate with BCSS/WSHMCI or equivalent certification is mandatory for this position
- Proficient in Permit to Work process and Risk Assessment
