We are searching for a Senior UIUX Designer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Define and plan user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.
- Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users.
- Collaborate with UX Designers to translate research insights into high-quality design deliverables (e.g. collaborative sketching, prototyping, user stories).
- Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look like.
- Conduct usability testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables your users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Visual Designer or UIUX Designer.
- Prior experience in designing websites and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, and/or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in FinTech-related projects / User Dashboard will be an added advantage.
