JOB SUMMARY
- Support, facilitate, and ensure execution of Group strategy for Credit Card businesses that:
- Optimizes financial performance & returns in key markets across regions and in timely manner & within budget.

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery across multiple & parallel streams of product launch
- Work closely with Squad in ensuring Technical requirements/enhancements delivered/enabled
- Manage day-to-day BAU matters relating to affluent CC as product SME
- Support COE hub model to lead all CC product related initiatives centrally
- Implement common standards in reviewing & reporting products performance vertically
- Delivery of affluent card CVP
- Support conceptualization, formulation, and eventually implementation of new CC product vision
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- The role holder is responsible for developing, driving, and delivering Affluent card product in key markets centrally to support Bank’s affluent growth agenda for WRB globally.
- The role would also be working with country CC teams to drive its transformation towards growth & profitability. This includes ensuring alignment of these strategies with the relevant country level stakeholders and close partnership with the markets on execution, along with associated financial and non-financial targets and reviewing performance against these targets.
Business
- The role holder is directly accountable for delivering Affluent credit card launches across markets. He/she is also the subject matter expert for Credit Cards product management, with accountability of CC performance from both singular vertical standpoint at product level as well as segment-wise in growing Wealth for our affluent base.

- Establish and implement common standards for product performance review & evaluation – both at launch as well as post launch monitoring.

- Develop and implement a clear structure of accountability to ensure country teams can perform their roles efficiently & successfully, and there is clear oversight and decision making. Take full ownership for assessing the effectiveness of arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in business, and if necessary, oversee change in these areas.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 10 plus experience in a bank especially in FI.
- 8 plus years in credit cards / unsecured lending preferably.
- Strong understanding of analytics and solid numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Positive attitude, high energy, ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Growth mindset, embrace change, challenge status quo with constructive feedback to achieve win-win.
- Leadership qualities.
