Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am-6.30pm
Basic Salary: $3500-$4500
*Benefits: AL 12days, Performance Bonus (Jan and July)
Job Description
• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport.
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit.
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry.
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions.
Requirement:
• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in Hotel or Catering industry.
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
• Self-discipline, proactive and have strong sense of urgency.
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player
