Main responsibilities:
- Lead, provide guidance and develop strategy for the management of warehouse.
- Stand-in for supervisor in the event of supervisor's absence
- Participate in recruitment activities, staff development and talent management.
- Establish the on-the-job training for Warehouse staff and assisting in the OJT
- Manage and coordinate warehouse issue within warehouse, within site and externally.
- Create and drive plans to have improvement in department KPI from year on year
- Drive the project improvement and resolved issue related to the Warehouse
- Lead in customer visit or audit for Warehouse
- Manage the inventory system and ensure it is operating at the designated operating limit.
- Developed and implement a program for 5S, ensuring that it is always organized and clean.
- Create and drive the safety and healthy work environment in the Warehouse
- Manage and lead the warehouse team and responsible for the attendance, appraisal, job evaluation, etc.
- Manage 3PL.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent years of relevant working experience
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the team lead responsibilities is required for this position.
- Good leadership and strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in warehouse management
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
