Sales & Admin Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM


Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to handle sales documentation and admin functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and issue certificates for job orders
  • To handle general administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • For Singaporeans Only
  • Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Proficient and confident with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Good written communication skills to handle customer queries
  • Attention to detail, planning, and time management.
  • Able to start immediately
