This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive at Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.
Content Strategy & Creation:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity across the organization.
· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, events, and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to effectively promote the company's brand and services
· Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Use of Adobe illustrator, Canva, and other applications.
· To enhance brand awareness, positioning, and perception.
· Stay current on digital marketing trends and tools to optimize online performance, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media engagement.
· Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets, agencies, and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign/event deliverables.
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
· Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and drive marketing decisions.
· Continuously optimize and improve the marketing campaigns/strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- High proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing).
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
