Associate (Interview), Student Admissions (Temp Contract, 8 months)

Singapore University Of Technology And Design

You will be part of the University's Office of Admissions, to provide support during student's admission exercises:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for interviews including scheduling, maintaining of interview files, verification of applicant documents, contacting candidates, and responding to interview-related inquiries
  • Provide logistical support to interviewers, including preparing of materials
  • Coordinate and manage student helpers
  • Provide logistics support for campus visits and admissions events
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries related to Admissions, when required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized Degree certificate
  • Working experience in a business development/admissions role will be preferred but not compulsory
  • Possess the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be resourceful, driven, independent and yet a good team player
  • Able to work on Saturdays
