You will be part of the University's Office of Admissions, to provide support during student's admission exercises:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for interviews including scheduling, maintaining of interview files, verification of applicant documents, contacting candidates, and responding to interview-related inquiries
- Provide logistical support to interviewers, including preparing of materials
- Coordinate and manage student helpers
- Provide logistics support for campus visits and admissions events
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries related to Admissions, when required
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Degree certificate
- Working experience in a business development/admissions role will be preferred but not compulsory
- Possess the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be resourceful, driven, independent and yet a good team player
- Able to work on Saturdays
