This role is for the Group level, investment holding company and small insurance agent segment.
- Review management reporting pack
- Prepare consolidation financial reports and analytical review for the group and subsidiaries
- Prepare the financial statements for the group and subsidiaries.
- Assist in the preparation of group forecast and SGX announcement and reporting – annual report, sustainability reporting etc.
- Assist in compliance related to accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to complete the audit.
- Liaise with bankers and other professional for any corporate exercise
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
