Responsibilies:
• Testing lead support for Unit Test, Integration Test and System Test for corporate banking or retail banking system
• Project lead support to PM in managing stakeholder management, end to end communication with external & internal stakeholders, requirement confirmation, test estimation preparation, schedule & resource planning and end to end project execution
• Test plan preparation for various test phases UT, IT & ST. Test specifications (scenarios/cases/sample data) creation & execution for banking system
• QA management and issue management for testing
• Conduct quality assurance, Root cause analysis & incident reporting.
• Lead test activities & provide support to PM for end to end project execution
Requirement:
• Masters & Bachelors degree in computer application with 3-5 years Test Consultant & Lead experience of JAVA/.Net web based application and Project Lead experience of Banking systems with Financial Institution, IT consulting or banking product company
• Experience of work with financial institutions
• Experience of Mission Critical System for large companies to lead the project
• Testing skills (e.g. Test, how to get evidence, Report to issue)
• Knowledge of Liquidity management, deposits, customer notification, SWIFT MT, MX messages is advantage
• Past experience in JAVA / J2EE based application and Oracle DB
• Manual Testing skills are mandatory including test planning, test prep. & test execution
• Knowledge of Tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, HP Quality Centre are preferred.
• Automation Testing skills like Selenium (Good to have)
