What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to clients, proactively influencing decisions.
- Effectively communicate client requirements to the off-shore delivery team, fostering alignment and collaboration for successful project execution.
- Take on a leadership role within projects, identifying opportunities for further engagement and project expansion.
- Support pre-sales activities in Japan and Singapore, focusing on delivery aspects in collaboration with partner sales.
- Enhance internal team operations, optimizing workflows and improving efficiency.
- Develop and strengthen client and partner relationships in Japan, expanding business opportunities and partnerships.
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related role within digital transformation, or product management.
- Proven track record of managing client-facing projects, especially in a leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Japanese at a business level is required for engaging the Japanese market.
