Key Responsibilities


1. Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate tasks with local/international counterparts

2. Handle written correspondence and phone communication

3. collect, cleanse, prepare, edit and organize data and information

4. Assist in bookkeeping and act as an corporate secretary/director/agent from time to time

5. Assist in maintaining a strong team culture and smooth operation

6. Assist in the daily operation of a wide range of business operations

7. Other ad hoc tasks as directed


Qualifications


1. Minimum 0.5 year of experience in business administration

2. Fluency in English and Mandarin language (written and spoken)

3. Reliable, ability to work independently, strong initiative

4. Strong administrative and organizational skills

5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

7. Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
