Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and assistance to clients on all site safety-related matters.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Assist in incident and accident investigations to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Plan and conduct in-house safety training sessions to enhance workplace safety awareness.
- Liaise effectively with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Fulfill all responsibilities as stipulated in the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and its regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop and implement a Safety and Health Management System (SHMS).
- Availability to commence work on short notice.
- Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and managing safety documentation.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification.
- Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
