HR & Admin Executive

Igm Construction (s) Pte. Ltd.

  • Support Work Permit recruitment process (application, renewal, cancellation etc)
  • Create and update a comprehensive employee database tracker reflecting staffing and certification details.
  • Issue Contract/Confirmation/Promotion/Warming Letters
  • On boarding and Off Boarding
  • Updates Overtime records and Payroll for workers
  • Validate workers' claims and manage cash advance deductions.
  • Monitor office stationeries and uniform stock
  • Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration.
  • Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry.
  • Prepare necessary reports for management and inter-departments.
  • Provide secretarial support to HR & Operation Manager.
  • Other tasks as and when assigned.
