- Support Work Permit recruitment process (application, renewal, cancellation etc)
- Create and update a comprehensive employee database tracker reflecting staffing and certification details.
- Issue Contract/Confirmation/Promotion/Warming Letters
- On boarding and Off Boarding
- Updates Overtime records and Payroll for workers
- Validate workers' claims and manage cash advance deductions.
- Monitor office stationeries and uniform stock
- Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration.
- Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry.
- Prepare necessary reports for management and inter-departments.
- Provide secretarial support to HR & Operation Manager.
- Other tasks as and when assigned.
